The staff was very nice. The location was great and convenient, close to the airport, train station, the river, Old Sac, and Downtown Sacramento.

Planned to see Sacramento major attractions and it was fine base for visiting all of them. We found the stuff helpful. The breakfast for the value.

The staff was helpful - we would come there again. The room was perfect, cozy with comfortable bed. It was a good location for us, just off the music festival and downtown and the Zoo. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Downtown Sacramento district.

The mini fridge didn't work and there were cockroaches. Food couldn't be refrigerated and medication needed to be kept cold. No ice machine and a hot room. The owner was not helpful when asked to change rooms.

I liked it but originally I had wanted it as a stop on my trip to the 'Gold Country' by car. I was unable to rent a car therefore I used Best Value as a base and I thought it was very good. It is clean and secure and the staff were very helpful. No. 15 bus takes you to town or a cab for $10-$13.

There was no good pizza delivery restaurants in the area. The volume on the TV did not work and could only go about half way. The satellite remote did not work on TV, and there were no remotes for the TV. No DVD/Blue Ray player. I am realistic, that this was a very economy motel, and you get what you pay for. Could have been a little nicer though.

It is a lovely welcoming property located in Downtown Sacramento district near to the river and old sac and Discovery Park. The hotel has a convenient location, close to everything.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and updated, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. Additionally, the location was great, with easy access to restaurants and shops.

The staff was great, very helpful! Price fit the area, our tv didn't work at first, needed help. We were the od'balls of course. Location to downtown is excellent. Drive, don't walk! Very loud very busy!! I'm screaming because it does!

Lot's of homeless, constuction aboundant; hard to get around any where because of construction - walking or driving. Way too close to the freeway, didn't sleep much. Crash, BANG.....cliNK,,,ClanK....OH SHIT..........what what was that.....Not the motels fault.

The updated features in the room were impressive, especially the modern bathroom. I also appreciated the ample parking available. I would recommend staying here.

My car was slightly vandalized while on the parking lot. Nothing too bad or that I can't fix but aggravating and irritating!!

The location here is great - it's close to everything! You've got Downtown right nearby, Discovery Park isn't far, and there are even two gas stations and mini markets around for convenience. 🏞️
